Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Hyatt Regency Aruba had its highs and lows. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's location by the beach and near great restaurants was a definite plus. However, I was quite frustrated by the seating reservation system for the pool and beach, which felt overly complicated. The dining options were decent, but not remarkable, especially considering their prices.
Our stay at the Hyatt Regency was a mix of highs and lows. While the hotel was beautifully clean and the staff genuinely friendly, the dining options left much to be desired. The location was fantastic, giving us easy access to local attractions, but the room we were assigned had some issues. Overall, we enjoyed our time, but several improvements could elevate the experience significantly.
Our recent experience at the Hyatt was bittersweet. While the property itself is stunning with beautiful pools and an amazing beachfront, we encountered a significant issue with our reservation that was handled poorly by the front desk staff. This negatively impacted our trip, despite previously loving our stays at this hotel. If it weren’t for the check-in ordeal, which took far too long without proper communication, I would have rated this hotel even higher.
